Pricing

Move-out cleans run $250–$700 depending on size and condition. Empty homes price lower. Add-ons: carpet cleaning, exterior windows, garage. We provide a written quote and stick to it.

How long it takes

4–8 hours. Larger homes (3+ bedrooms) or heavily soiled units may need two visits.

How far in advance should I schedule?

1–2 weeks ahead is ideal, especially around end-of-month and weekends. We can sometimes accommodate same-week or last-minute — call or text and we'll do our best.

Do you guarantee the deposit?

We can't guarantee what your landlord decides, but we follow a checklist designed around the most common deposit deductions. If your landlord flags something we missed, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to fix it at no charge.

Do you do carpets?

Yes — hot-water extraction is available as an add-on for $40–$80 per room depending on size and condition. We coordinate it with the rest of the cleaning so the home is fully ready in one visit.

Can you clean a furnished home?

Yes. Furnished cleans take longer and price slightly higher because we work around belongings. Empty homes are always faster and cheaper.
