Pricing
Recurring rates depend on home size and frequency: 20% for weekly, 15% for every two weeks and 10% for monthly visits off the regular price, from the second visit (residential service; commercial plans are priced individually). Most Seattle homes fall between $130 and $260 per regular visit after the first deep clean.

Do I get the same cleaner every visit?
Yes — we assign a primary team to your route so you see the same faces. If your usual team is out, we'll let you know and brief the substitute on your home's notes.
What if I need to skip a week?
Rescheduling is always free, any time. To cancel or skip, let us know at least 48 hours ahead — no fee, full refund. With less notice there's a $50 late-cancellation fee (the rest is refunded).
Can I customize what gets cleaned?
Absolutely. We keep a per-home checklist with your priorities, products you prefer, areas to skip (offices, kids' rooms), and access notes (gate code, alarm, dog).
