Construction dust is fundamentally different — finer, more pervasive, and gets into HVAC and electrical fixtures. We use HEPA vacuums and dust-trapping cloths, multiple cleaning passes, and specialty products. The work takes 2–3× longer than a comparable-size deep clean.
