Post-construction is priced by square footage and level of debris. Typical residential renovations: $0.30–$0.60 per sq ft. Commercial buildouts: per-project quote after a site visit.

When should I schedule?
After all trades are finished and before furniture moves in. The surfaces need to be empty for a thorough job. Schedule us at least one week ahead — earlier for large projects.
Do you do residential and commercial?
Both. Homes, offices, retail, clinics, restaurants. Commercial post-construction often runs after-hours so the space can open on schedule.
Do you remove dumpsters or contractor debris?
We remove fine debris, dust, and small material left behind. Large debris removal (pallets, drywall scraps, lumber) is the contractor's responsibility — we can coordinate haul-away as a paid add-on.
Why is post-construction more expensive than deep cleaning?
Construction dust is fundamentally different — finer, more pervasive, and gets into HVAC and electrical fixtures. We use HEPA vacuums and dust-trapping cloths, multiple cleaning passes, and specialty products. The work takes 2–3× longer than a comparable-size deep clean.
